What are mobile tickets?
Tickets that are sent directly to your cell phone after they are purchased. You will either be sent the tickets, or more likely be sent a link to a website or app to download. Then you can claim your tickets from that website or app. You will need to show the tickets, from your cell phone, to enter your event.
Will the seats I purchase be together?
Yes, the seats you purchase will be together. The only exception are the few cases that specifically state in the notes that the tickets are not seated together.
How do I know once my order is confirmed?
You will receive email to notify you that your order has been confirmed by the seller of the tickets. Please check your junk email folder to make the order confirmation email does not incorrectly get placed in there by your email provider.
Will I get a refund if my event is cancelled?
Yes, if the event you purchase is cancelled completely then you will receive a refund on your order.
Will I get a refund if my event is postponed?
No, you will not receive a refund on a postponed event. The tickets you purchased can be used for the rescheduled date.
Are you the box office?
No, we are not the official box office, venue or promoter. The tickets offered for sale here are priced, listed and fulfilled by the ticket seller.
