Can I change my experience to a different date/game?
For most of our experiences the package is set specifically for that date. If you encounter an issue feel free to contact our Customer Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help wherever possible.
What if I’m not happy with the experience I purchased on Fandeavor?
While we work hard to ensure this doesn’t happen, we always want your feedback! Send your comments and thoughts to email@example.com.
What are my options when paying for an experience?
Fandeavor accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
What happens after I purchase an experience?
After you have purchased an experience, you will automatically receive a confirmation email confirming your purchase. Within 24 hours of your purchase, we will put you in touch with the activation team to start to start coordinating your experience. Proof of ID will be required when you arrive for your experience.
When will you charge my credit card?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of completing your purchase for the amount indicated on your confirmation email.
